Take Back Policy

At Galaxy X, we take seriously the impact that electronic equipment and focus materials can have on the environment. The equipment we sell is intended for reuse, with all key functions working to meet the needs of our customers.

It is our policy to accept back any non-working products containing focus materials for responsible recycling. Galaxy X recognizes—along with many of our customers—the importance of ensuring electronic equipment is properly recycled at the end of its useful life.

As a company committed to responsible recycling practices, Galaxy X upholds the following responsibilities:

Financing the collection and recycling of non-working equipment

Meeting applicable labeling and tracking requirements

Providing clear guidance and support to end users on reuse and recycling options

Return Policy
Galaxy X offers a practical return policy that allows buyers to return a product within 21 business days (or according to the terms of a sales agreement) if key functions are not working. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Galaxy X.

Recycling Program (Beyond Return Period)
After the 21-day return window has expired, all Galaxy X customers may participate in our recycling program. To recycle end-of-life equipment:

Once we receive your request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the equipment to us for responsible recycling
